About Me

I have a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Notre Dame de Namur University, which has supplied me with a rich knowledge of the body and how it moves. I also am a graduate of National Holistic Institute, A College of Massage Therapy, with 900 hours of experience. 

I was also a boot camp coach, as well as a gymnastics instructor before I became a massage therapist. I love being active, and enjoy my past-time surfing, reading, hiking, or relaxing outdoors.
